 Deplorable customer support for defective product April 4, 2008

Product broke during utterly normal use - it just shut down and stopped working on a flat, dry sidewalk three weeks into ownership. Emails and phone calls to the company to set up warranty service have gone unanswered. No phone listed on their website; found their number through some legwork, but only a machine answers, never a real person. For all I know this company doesn't even exist. BEWARE. Roth Motors or whatever should be avoided...don't make the same mistake I did. Inexcusable. Zero stars.

This vendor does not communicated with me and have not delivered my purchase. Beware and stay away of such a vendor - otherwise you are risking your money and nerves.
