I love my Stansport Orion tent. It has been durable, and it's easy for one person to set up. I've used it for festivals where there was torrential rain, and only one drop got through from the very top. I did use seam sealer on it, because I knew heavy rain was a possibility.
My only complaint with this tent is that there isn't enough ventilation. So it's a little stuffy on hot mornings.

I got this tent as a five-year anniversary gift from work and have enjoyed the heck out of it (more so than work!). I have camped beachfront and at racetracks and really enjoy how easy it is to set up for one person. The rainfly is included and came in handy NASCAR weekend at MIS when it rained most of Saturday. I have not had any problems with gear and if treated well I don't see why it won't last for years.
