The Swede-O Ankle Lok has been proven in numerous independent clinical studies to be as effective or more effective than professional taping of the ankle. Exclusive ANKLE LOK offset panel traps the laces between the inner and outer flap to hold the laces tighter longer than any other brace.
INCLUDES a pair of the SIDE STABILIZER INSERTS with each Ankle Lok. Most other companies charge $2 or $3 per pair of inserts. The side stabilizer inserts may be used to provide an even higher level of support.
Full elastic back ensures complete unrestricted blood flow to the Achilles' tendon and virtually eliminates the chance for blistering. I can't praise this brace enough. I've sprained my left ankle a couple of times pretty badly playing B-ball and nothing has given me a faster recovery. A little Icy hot, tie this brace up tight... and I'm back in no time. This brace gives me great support. It is the BEST $26 I've ever spent. 12 years later I finally had to break down and buy another one. I still use the original one when I play, and I keep the new one in the bag for other people. You know, for when I break their ankles.. :) AWESOME PRODUCT!!!

I was given one of these over 20 years ago and have been using it ever since! It finally started falling apart after all the softball games, marching band drills, and weak spots. I love this! If you have a weak ankle, this will give you the support you need! Better than anything the doctor can give you!

At 50+ most of us have no business playing basketball. I jump like Jordan (Sparks), shake like Magic (Fingers), and twist my ankles more than Chubby Checker. But lace these miracle braces up, and I'm ready to hobble up and down the floor. Beats other braces: tape is messy, elastic gives no support, and more rigid systems lack flexibility. Even my high school-age son started using them for football. They really give the right combination of stiffness and flexibility, and you can modify the support with 2 plastic inserts. I've used them for 15 years, and NEVER ONCE turned over an ankle! Extend your glorious career. Get 'em, and I guarantee you'll be able to take down J.R. (Ewing). (Now, if they only made something for my knees...)
