 Best NO supplement I've found, thus far September 30, 2008
When I take this supplement, I can actually feel the boost in energy and see the difference in output at the gym. On top of that, I get a sense of well-being about 10 minutes after drinking it (which I think is due to some of the "mental focus" supplements in it).
I've tried a bunch of NO supplements and can only attest to feeling a tingle that I'd normally associate with heavy amounts of niacin (which many companies chuck into energy supplements to make you think they're doing something).

A lot of guys at work were using this stuff, so thats how I kind of got into it. They all were going on about how good the stuff worked and how good it tasted, they were talking about the fruit punch one. I Finally bought some, but went with the Blue Raspberry Flavor which is great, I loved it. It takes awhile to get use to it though trust me. I was using 2 - 2.5 scoops before working out, and totally could feel it. Other people did 3 scoops (I tried it,and didnt like it) This definatly helps to get better pumps, and more energy I definatly recommend this product!

This stuff is the real deal. I've found that the intensity and stamina gains in the gym have been nothing short of remarkable. It's not that I can necessarily lift *more*, it's that my muscles don't seem to get tired as quickly, and they recover much faster in between sets.
If you decide to purchase this product and are serious, be ready to work, because your body will want to. The hard work this product *enables* is what builds the strength and muscle, not simply taking it and waiting.
I spent a decent amount of time in the gym for years and tried this as I felt my workouts needed a kick in the pants, and a friend recommended it. My workouts, once 25-30 minutes, are now a hard driving hour.
If you want numbers, I'm 5'11, and my weight has gone from the low 170s to a solid 190. In four months of hard work, my flat bench sets, which were formerly 10x135, 6x185, 4x205, 12x135 are now 10x135, 10x185, 6x235, 4x255, 6x225, 12x185.
I'd recommend starting with one scoop and going from there. I generally drink mine approximately 15-30 minutes before the workout. Best of luck!

I started using this product about two months ago. For those that need that extra boost and focus, this product provides great results. It tastes fairly good (I tried the Blue Raspberry) and is worthy of its hype.
For some, this is going to be a cycle supplement. My body got used to the N.O. after about a month. I stopped taking it for a week, and then went back on it and saw great results. It also made me a little bit gaseous and foams up after you stir it.
Other than that, I did receive a great amount of energy, and it inspired me to workout really hard during my workout. I made sure to follow the instructions, and I did research and took people's advice when taking it. After my workout I used some Muscle Milk for recovery.
It's a great entry supplement into stronger supplements, but is too expensive for people that aren't truly committed.
