 Perfect running shoe for me! August 8, 2008
I was looking for this very type of shoes that I had previously been fitted for at a running store. I was able to find the pair pretty easily via name and number and make sure with the very accurate photographs. I then compared prices. I got a great bargain and ended up ordering two pair. Amazon rocks!
This pair of shoe works exceptionally well for a first-time marathon trainee (I will run Chicago in October 2008). I am also a fuller figured woman who needs extra shoe stability and this shoe has fit the bill. I highly recommend this shoe but also believe that all new runners need to be professionally fitted before starting an running program. Get fitted at a running store like Fleet Feet but then get your replacement/second pair of shoes at Amazon. Runners need new shoes every 175-300 miles (that's a lot)!

The shoes came very quickly and packed very appropriately, but there is a defect in my right shoe and it gives me terrible blisters. I don't feel I can return them because I've already run outside in them - don't ever buy running shoes online!!

These shoes are awesome!!! They're extremely comfortable and they do a lot to prevent you from running improperly. I used to get bad shin splints with my old shoes but these are great! No problems - lightweight, super supportive, VERY comfortable. I ran my first road race in them during a rain storm and they managed to still be comfortable and dried very shortly after the rain stopped. Best value for the best price

The shoes looked great when I got them and were very light. However, after the first time I ran in them I had huge blisters on the sides of my heels. I thought that maybe it was because they were new. After a week of breaking them in and three runs, I'm still having the same problem. I will be trying to send them back.
