| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Proton 3 men's water shoe from Teva will give you added protection and comfort whether you are in the water, on the beach or just hanging out by the pool. Low profile design, neoprene upper and a super sticky Spider Rubber outsole combine together to create a water-sock like no other.
Amazon.com Product Description For a water shoe like no other, dip into Teva's Proton 3. Its neoprene fabric upper will dry quickly and stretch for complete comfort and a stay-on fit. This design, too, is high on style, so you could wear it anywhere--in the water, out of the water, or on city streets.

Worth getting June 9, 2008 Really good, sturdy, comfortable shoes for all sorts of treacherous terrain along the water's edge. You can navigate sharp rocks, coral, shifting sands and all sorts of slippery surfaces without trouble. Decent enough looking that you can wear them to (informal) seaside lunches as well. They sell much cheaper ones at almost any beach community general store, but these are worth the price. The only downside is that your feet will stink to high heaven when you take them off.
SO SO PRODUCT December 2, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
i AM NOT REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE SHOES. tHE LACK OF ADJUSTABLITITY IS THE MAIN REAS0N AND THE OTHERS ARE THAT THE ELASTIC PINCHES THE SKIN WHEN WALKING. ALSO ARE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OFF WHEN THEY ARE WET. SOME MAY THINK THAT IS GOOD. I DONT. ALSO FEET REALLY SWEAT IN THESE SHOES AS WELL. I BOUGHT A MUCH CHEAPER PAIR AT WALMART THAT I PREFER TO WEAR.
No so good for fishing November 17, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful

Great Reef Shoe! May 13, 2007 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
I bought this shoe specifically for snorkeling and playing at the beaches on Kauai, many of which have a lot of reef area. These shoes are high quality and super comfortable...I'd love to wear them all the time!! They withstood lots of wear during our week on the island and look brand new still. I look forward to taking them on many future adventures with the family.
