Editorial Reviews:
Product Description When you've got 'first ride' on a call-in-sick weekday, the Giro G10 MX Helmet protects your noggin so you won't have to report the injured truth. During a rippin' and leg screaming powder session, this versatile design protects your melon with lightweight and durable in-mold construction, which bonds the EPS impact liner to the polycarbonate shell. Fourteen Supercool vents with on-the-fly adjustable Thermostat control helps keep you cool on your eight laps per hour pace. As the sun breaks through the clouds the stock equipped removable visor is a welcomed blessing, and the detachable earflap stays on for optimum lobe warmth. Docking topside for round number 24, a Goggle Notch keeps your powder shields flush and in place; ready for another launch. Recommended for Freeriding and all terrain conditions, the G10 MX Helmet is compatible with the Giro TuneUps audio system for inspired plug in tunage.

Giro G10 March 11, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I wanted a helmet with a visior. After looking around I selected the G10. It had a good fit, and I liked the adjustable head band. This allows me to adjust the fit depending on whether I need to wear a face mask on really cold days or not. My son liked the look so much he started to wear it and I was forced to shop around to replace mine. I went to every ski shop at the resort and in our home town and ended up finding it on Amazon.com.
