 Confusing sizing January 6, 2009
The product works as advertised. I was went through 3 deliveries before managing to receive the wanted size. There are no less than 5 sizes on both the box and the shoes. This problem can be handled by ordering one size less than you want. i.e., if woman's size 8 is desired, order size 7. The problem stems from the first listed size being "unisex" which is actually one soze larger than a desired woman's size. Through all the confusion, Amazon staff were great and shipping times were very quick.

The heelies are great fun and look good. They arrived on time and complete. I had trouble finding directions, which are well-hidden and in TINY print and in with a bunch of other stuff. How-to-skate hints were well-defined. How-to-put-the-things-together needs work.

I purchased these as a gift for my little 12 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She was thrilled.
The skate shoes were just as described and even looked nicer in person.
Great shoe at a great price. Were received in very timely manner.

Online may be the ONLY way to buy these! Sporting goods don't seem to sell the girly pink shoes in women's sizes beyond size 5!!! They are terrific, quiet, and fun. My teenage daughter loves them.
