it arrived and the box was badly damaged the return or exchange was a difficult process and required shipping and handleing charges that i should not hav eto pay... the landwave its self had a tear in the heavy plastic due to the shipping damage and i was not able to get in touch with anyone to have the item replaced ( at no cost to me)
