This hopper works with dual feed ramps inside the hopper allowing the paintballs to feed into your marker without any down-pressure from the paintballs above, this also doubles the "catch area. Unique "Triple Secure Lock" lid Archon has incorporated into this hopper design. This is a new hopper lid design that latches on 3 sides for a much better seal.

Cheap upgrade to VL200 December 8, 2008
Well, it's not revolutionary departure from VL200 and you still have to shake it once a while, but I have to say that it felt more consistent, I got less misfires if any, it looks better than VL200, and it's about the same price. If you don't want to go with powered hopper then give this one a try.
