Defend Greece, or just your living room. The Big Bad Spartan Sword was made for the big King himself, or at least that's what we think! This sword is an extremely accurate rendition period piece and it's a wonderfully dangerous size. The picture above is a 5' 10" man holding one of our regular sized Greek Spartan Warrior Swords and on of our Big Bad Spartan Swords.These swords served as the short range weapon of choice among King Leonidas' Spartan warriors. The blade is sharpened, carbon steel, and has the look of being in battle, battle worn, battle damaged, what ever you wish to call the sexy look. The tempered iron guard and pommel makes this sucker look utilitarian. The handle is wrapped in cloth giving this sword a easy grip hold. This is a rat tail tang blade. These swords are lightweight and ready to wield. The sword itself is approximately 3 1/2 pounds, lightweight for easy wielding.
