Just what I was looking for November 30, 2008

Since reading about how interval training gives you a better workout, I was looking for something to help me time my intervals. This is exactly what I wanted...it's small enough to clip to my shirt and i can hear the beeps that signal the intervals with no problem while I am listening to my ipod. The fact that it also can be set to vibrate was an added bonus that I did not realize when I ordered the product. I am using it for outside striding/jogging intervals, but also plan to use it for cardio/weight training intervals. Perfect!

I purchased the Gymboss for interval training and also to help me start jogging. This is a great little timer. It is very small and you can set it to go off for a set amount of times or indefinatly. I have used it for jogging and even my dog has figured out that when he hears it while we are jogging he is to jog and when it goes off again he is to walk. we are just starting to jog. I also plan on using this timer for jump rope excercise and also some circut training. this was a great purchase. I highly recomend this for interval training.
