The Gymboss is the perfect addition to my run. It allows me to calculate warm-up time as well as running and cool down time without having to look at my watch. I ordered mine through the Gymboss Website on a Sunday and had it by Tuesday morning. Excellent company!

It does just what it says it dooes. There are alot of combos you can do, but if you want to interval training, this is a very good product. Totally worth the 20 bucks!

What a deal the Gymboss is. This thing works perfectly and is very very simple to use. I found the instructions to be perfect and there's even the key buttons printed on the unit itself in case you forget. For the price this can't be beat.

I was looking for a good interval timer with alarm, and after looking at $70 - $100 watches for a week, I stumbled across the Gymboss. I purchased it immediately, and am extremely pleased with the product. It does exactly as it advertises. The option of selecting the alarm length is very convenient. I recommend this product for anyone looking for an interval timer.
