Best Step Ever September 1, 2008
I orginally purchased the Reebok Step System in 1997 and fell in love with it. There was no other work out for me. A few years later had small children and could not work out at home, kids were all over the step. Had a garage sale and sold it. 6 years later kids are all in school and 15 extra pounds later I decided to purchase another Reebok Step. The step has not changed still sturdy and plenty of space to make the jumps and turns. For me this has been one of the most gratifying work outs ever. I love doing the pushups and tricep dips with my step. It is actually realaxing to do after such an intense work out. You will never regret buying the Reebok Step.

This step is sturdy, easy to store and lightweight for me to carry to wherever I want to exercise. Would recommend to my friends for sure!

The product was great. The packaging was awful!!! There was so much duct tape that it took me forever to get it open.

I'd been thinking about getting a step for a while, but hesitated because nearly every step I looked at seemed poorly built and expensive for what you got. Also, I am not a petite person. With size 12 shoes and weighing around 200 pounds, the weight limits on most of the steps had me wondering. I am so happy I bought this step!
It's large enough that there is plenty of room in every direction for any type of movement, even with my big feet. It is sturdy. I have not heard a creak or felt any give that shouldn't be there, no matter how hard I step on it (normally the goal is to step lightly, of course, but once in a while a mistep may come down reasonably hard). It has not even hinted at tipping or flipping, even when I'm working right on the edge of the step for stretching and such. It has a non-slip surface on top and non-slip feet on the bottom and just the right amount of cushion. Mine came with a DVD, but I normally use it with my Denise Austin workouts. It really does boost your heartrate, even at the lowest level. I've got bad knees, so I need a low impact workout that does not beat up my joints and using the step fits the bill. Well worth the money.

Love this step! Worth the investment. Solid, adjustable, easy to assemble and store. Borrowed a couple of the newer style steps, but this one is the best!
